Our Return Policy

Change your mind? You have 14 days to return the item from receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned to us unused with original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
  • After 14 days from your received date, we will no longer accept returns.
  • Products designated as “final sale” are not returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Fragrance, nail polish and aerosols are final sale and may not be returned due to transport restrictions by the Department of Transportation.
  • By returning or exchange for the personal reason, we ask that you cover the return shipping charges. We are unable to accept CODs for returned merchandise.


If you are exchanging your items, please contact us within 14 days after you are receiving your package. Your exchange order will be processed immediately so you can get your new items ASAP.

Damaged or wrong items

If your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies, and contact Customer Service immediately for a resolution.
  • Prepare the following information before you make a request to our customer service.
  • Order Number/ Pictures of Opened Package/ Pictures of Damaged or Wrong Items
  • Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your package.

Returned Package

Unclaimed packages, returned to SKIN NOTE due to absence of addressee/wrong or insufficient address, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


After your order is placed, you have a short window of time to cancel your items. Please contact our customer service immediately.
  • For order that is shipped , if would like to make a cancellation, a $7.99 recall and shipping fee will be detected from your refund.
  • For order that is shipped , if you would like to change the shipping address , a $15 exchange fee will be required to pay from you.
  • Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your package.

Receiving a refund

  • You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your SN account or refund to your original payment method.
  • Please notes that the refunds can take up to 5 days to show on your original payment account.
  • The original shipping fee are non-refundable.
